Introduction to The Learning Technology Section
The Learning Technology Section is part of the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine at the University of Edinburgh. The Section provides a comprehensive academic support service for the core business of the College via three linked but distinct Units: e-learning, IT and Network Services and Graphics Lab (graphic design).

Undertakes major e-learning research, consultation and development projects including: the design, development and hosting of learning, teaching, research and community-building environments.

Graphics Lab
Create a range of design for print and web including: large format poster printing, lamination, leaflets, flyers, brochures, newsletters, illustration, scanning, graphic identity systems and logo design.

IT Services
Manages the numerous College microcomputer labs (now 13) and provides IT/AV support for NHS and University staff at the major teaching hospitals in Edinburgh.
